Bows bows GLORIOUS bows!

Mama is sick in bed at the moment, which is having a detrimental effect on my blogging abilities. The bacteria have not been as effective on her bossiness as her tonsils though, so this is being dictated to my alternative writer, who is happy to announce that I am the happy victim of Mama's latest fashion craze : hair bows! She has ordered over twently hair bows for me on internet (Major applause for Abigail and Amber for their assistance in nurturing Mama's new craze, making her broke but me very groovy and bowified).

So be prepared folks, cos I'm gonna be the talk of the town with my dazzling natural beauty enhanced by some of the craziest bows in the history of hair bows!!! Don't believe me? Well take a look at this small sample of my Mama's midnight anti-bubonic-plague-drug-sedated purchase:

These pig-tails bows above are Mama's real favorites : she got them in pale yellow, pale blue and ivory ... the simplest of all the bows, but JUST what she was looking for!

So, which one of this small sample do you guys like best? Which ever one gets the most votes will be the subject of my first 'showing off my bows' post!!!!

My cousin Lena celebrates being two with me!

Lena is two years old!
There was lots of celebration going on at the Bernard Bunch household this weekend!

Lena drooled a lot over her candle, but eventually managed a huge great BLOOOOWW!
(with only the smallest of assistance from Nathan)

I gave her the Big Hungry Caterpillar to introduce her to the world of CBCL
(Classic British Child Literature - a Mama term methinks)

Lena's Mama read her the book with a BFA
(Byootifool Frrench Accente)

I got to snog my GORGEOUS Godfather all day

Mama forced me to publish these three piccies
cos she says they capture some typically 'me' expressions...

"Um .... Lena ... um ... can I open your presents too???"

This is me on my computer next to where Mama sits to help me write my blog

Lena and I "played together" in my bedroom

and wrestled in the front room ...
to the great amusement of the Bernard Clan at large!
My brothers and my cousins were exceptionally sociable ... computers and Nintendos do not do a lot for social gatherings, believe me!!

THEN...
This morning...

Nathan left on a school skiing week ...
Mama misses him already
(she's such a wuss when it comes to her brood being away from her)
Nathan couldn't wait to leave though!

And once his was bus was nosing off towards the Alps
My day went on as per normal...
Monday morning creche ...

I'm always so happy to be there
that I rarely even notice Mama is still there,
never mind actually say 'Au Revoir'!

TONIGHT...
I am off to my Grand-parents for the week,
so Mama will be without two of her offspring ...
William will have her all to himself!
I reckon he's in for quite a spoiling,
cos Mama gets very broody with her chicks are away!

I'm looking forward to going to Mamie and Papi's house,
because I get upgraded from mere 'Princess' status
to full-blown 'QUEEN' status!!

Au revoir mes amis, et a bientot!

Oh love that will not let me go

Mama and I are sporting pink today. In honour of a beautiful little girl called Magdalena.
GORGEOUS MAGDALENA
After a very brave, beautiful and fulfilled life, she passed away at the beginning of the week.

We love Magdalena, and we would love you to discover her story on

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORING ...

Mama loves shopping
ANY kind of shopping
She can spend hours on end in a shop, nosing through EVERY item on the shelves

On a Saturday morning, she will often take me with her. Her weekends are the only real time she has with us, so she tends to drag us EVERY where she goes. ... she doesn't want to miss out on one milisecond of our scintillating personalities ...
So this Saturday, Nathan decided to bombard me with photos. All this fame gets boring after a while ... although I suppose its good paparazzi training, for when I become famous!

But it doesn't take long before I get a little bored ...

In fact, very bored indeed

I sang the shop down.
All Mama did was giggle.

So it wasn't long before I gave up ...

Then we went home
and I had my bottle and went to bed ...
not the most exciting of weekends
but certainly the kind that I really like!
All cuddly and warm!!

Au revoir tout le monde!!!!

My new friends are shunned by Mama

I have brought some new friends home from creche! They have certainly created quite a lot of animation within the Bernard Bunch ...

Could this be a new pensive mode for my brothers?
Why else would they scratch their heads so often?

The whole family has been doing lots of special shampoo's since I brought them home

My guests are very friendly you know. They are certainly very cuddly on my scalp and seem to want to be close friends ... I can feel their presence, um, all the time.
It's driving my brothers barmy!Mama decided they have to go though ... she said the only guests allowed into the Bernard home are the one's she invites. Apparently she doesn't like my new friends. She calls them 'invasive' ... she's been spraying smelly stuff on the furniture, in my bed, cleaning profusely, boiling sheets and clothes, the whole kaboudle. Its quite rude really ... she's making my guests feel quite unwelcome. yet look how cute they are! How could anyone be so mean to such cute little critters????!!!
Mama says I have a lot to learn about hygiene...

Mama, my head is driving me MAD!!!!!

It's so IIIIIIIIITchy ...
All these shampoos seem to be doing the trick though
Thanks Mama! That's much better!

(don't tell Mama I published this piccie -

-she never lets ANYONE see her without her make-up on!!)

Hey, by the way, I'm having a great time discovering this blog. Which is ironic, I suppose, since I've been writing it since before I was even born. Anyway, we'll discuss reality and feasibility at a later stage .... I'm LOVING discovering all my own piccies and all of yours too! I'm spending many a moment in front of the computer discovering you all ... in fascination, amazement and - a first I'm told - true concentration! So keep up the good work fellow bloggers, I'm on your case!

Hey Amber! Look at this great top I'm sporting today Don't I look stunning?
Thank You Baker Bunch for this lovely, lovely Princess top! Hey - Abigail and Mandorallyn - get a load of the great framed embroidery in the back-ground there! Isn't it amazing! Everyone who comes to the house comments on it you know! And Gramma - if you look carefully, Mama is sporting the beautiful ear-rings you gave her for Christmas - she wears them every day you know! She LOVES the colour and sparkle! Great choice!
And to all my blogging friends, here's a special message to you all expressed on a breakfast item Mama prepared this morning with our Christmas gift from my Aunty Sianie in London:

Need I say more???!!!
