Gosh I confess ... I love summer holidays with my brothers!!!

I know I look like a little school girl like this ... but what do you expect? I am an A student after all, I miss my local maternelle and learning ... not!!!

I am loving having my big brothers all to myself all summer .....

why can't they be at home with me ALL THE TIME???

We have so much fun together!

Right I have to go now cos Big Bill and Big Nathe want me to help them light the barbecue ... big snogs to you all and looking forward to reading all about YOUR summer news too!!!!!

Goodbye beautiful and inspiring little Samantha

Little Princess Samantha left the world on Sunday. A true tragedy. She was four.

Samantha is an inspiration of a little girl, and Mama has known her in the blogosphere for three years now. Mama is very attached to little Samantha, and terribly fond of her Mama Heather.

The Bernard Bunch sends Heather and Samantha's Papa lots and lots and lots of love and support - we are thinking of you all the time. We will be with you all in spirit at Samantha's service on Saturday.

Watch this video of my first ever theatre experience! My class opened the end-of-the-year school theatre show with this African song ... and whilst I was perturbed by seeing Mama and Papa staring at me when the curtain opened, I non-the-less enjoyed myself. thanks goodness my special person Sandrine was there to jolt my memory a little! Its BARBEQUE season!!!!

I love this time of the year!!!! We get to eat lots of yummy barbecue food and spend time with our friends .... last weekend Nathan invited all his rugby friends over ... we had such a fun time ...

I copied all the other kids and for the first time ate chips and sausages - are they yummy or wot?

One of the best things about summer is splashing in the pool with my parents and brothers .... and this year I am SO not afraid of the water!!!! Just goes to show how talented I am at overcoming my fears and anxieties...

Big Nathe rarely lets me out of his sight though ... such a protective big brother!
